Cancellation policy
Cancellation or changing of the confirmed requests might be accepted without fine within 2 (tow days) to the date of VIP treatment.
- In case of cancellation later than one business day to the date of VIP treatment, the customer will be fined for 100% the total amount of the ordered and confirmed VIP services.
